近日，我司接到很多亞馬遜美國(guó)站客戶咨詢被抽檢不合格情況，郵件如下：
1.cpsia compliance testing documentation from a cpsc approved laboratory, inaddition to safety standard astm f963 if the product is a toy.
來(lái)自消費(fèi)品***批準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的消費(fèi)品*協(xié)會(huì)合規(guī)性測(cè)試文件，如果產(chǎn)品是玩具，則不符合*標(biāo)準(zhǔn)astm f963。
2.the loc must comply to below criteria:
the letter of compliance must be signed
the letter must be printed on the manufacturer's letterhead
the asin(s) on the letter must match the one(s) in the case
the upc/ean(s) in the letter of compliance must match the ones in the case
the name of the product in the letter of compliance must match the one in the case
a statement of how the product is not subject to the recall. for example, the seller should describe how the corrected product can be differentiated from the recalled version e.g. new serial numbers, manufactured after x day, etc. unaffected batch codes and lot numbers will not be reinstated until the amazon recalls team is satisfied that all inventory on the asin, regardless of seller, has been removed

**符合以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
合格證**有簽名
該信**印在制造商的信箋上
信件上的asin**與案件中的asin一致
合格證信中的upc/ean**與案件中的一致。
符合性聲明中的產(chǎn)品名稱**與案件中的名稱一致
關(guān)于該產(chǎn)品如何不受召回影響的聲明。例如，賣(mài)家應(yīng)描述如何將糾正后的產(chǎn)品與召回版本區(qū)分開(kāi)來(lái)，例如x天后生產(chǎn)的新序列號(hào)等。在亞馬遜召回團(tuán)隊(duì)確信asin上的所有庫(kù)存（無(wú)論賣(mài)家如何）都已刪除之前，不會(huì)恢復(fù)未受影響的批次代碼和批號(hào)。

如果產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有做cpsia以及astmf963-17測(cè)試申請(qǐng)資料，就需要產(chǎn)品做cpc認(rèn)證證明符合美國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，如果產(chǎn)品本身有cpc認(rèn)證，cpc+測(cè)試申請(qǐng)資料一起提交給亞馬遜即可。

loc有兩種方式。
1，美國(guó)代理人出具loc；
美國(guó)代理人出loc簽字蓋章，我司已經(jīng)嘗試用美國(guó)代理人出具loc，得到的客戶反饋也是通過(guò)的。
2，工廠出具loc；
工廠簽字蓋章，但是不能**亞馬遜美國(guó)站*認(rèn)可。
亞馬遜有個(gè)產(chǎn)品召回圖，在產(chǎn)品召回之后一般都需要提供a letter of compliance to amazon.
